At Homestuck Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; items in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and final sale items may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
